A young woman and a blow-up doll experience romance in New York City. “The Distinctively Ambiguous Tale Of A 21st Century Love” is a quirky silent comedy directed by Linn Axelzon and shot on 16mm. While on a date in Central Park, or dancing at the beach, everything seems to be going well for our young couple, despite the fact that one of them is an inanimate object. But soon, they hit a snag and who knows what’s to become of them. True to the title, the precise meaning of the central relationship is ambiguous, but it’s a fun experimental piece that puts a twist on exploring the cyclical and/or fleeting nature of human bonds. (3 minutes). Directed by Linn Axelzon. Starring Jada Henry. Camera: Jack Harding. Set Design: Laura Sicilia.
