Our History
NoBudge has been a leading curatorial voice in low-budget indie filmmaking since 2011. We have been featured by The New York Times, The New Yorker, The Guardian, Esquire, The Paris Review, Indiewire, Vulture, The Wall St. Journal, Filmmaker Magazine, No Film School, and others. Filmmakers who have shown on our platform have gone on to direct films and series for major networks, have their own shows on HBO, direct for SNL, and much more. NoBudge was founded by the filmmaker, Kentucker Audley.
"Like a great film festival shorts section beamed into your home, NoBudge is one of the internet’s top showcases for independent work. The scope of its programming spans and defies genres; it’s a place where the concept of film-as-art always feels honored." -Eric Allen Hatch, Endcrawl.
