A fashion-forward model questions his self-image when he crosses paths with the "cooler" version of himself on a photoshoot. “Coolguy,” directed by Nicky & Z, is a pop comedy sketch about overthinking one’s appearance. A man struts onto set exuding confidence and swagger, owing to his carefully cultivated designer clothes. At least that’s what he tries to convince himself of, despite the fact that he is actually quite insecure, as when he spots another man sporting an even more fashionable get up. It’s a battle of Balenchiaga, Prada, and Jean Paul Gaultier; a mighty struggle to handle the dejection of being one-upped at your own game. -KA. Directed, produced by Nicky & Z.
