Maxim Stollenwerk directs “Ilona's Bloody Body,” a dynamic, creeping drama tracking a young Bulgarian woman as she balances her profession as a cam-girl with her everyday relationships. She grabs lunch with her concerned mother; contends with a boyfriend who’s reluctant to perform for a threesome porn video; and meets with an old friend who disapproves of her work.
