An uninvited houseguest makes herself at home. “Sticky,” directed by Aisha Schliessler, is a stylish experiment — an exploration of a living space inhabited by somebody who doesn’t live there. With unclear intentions, the woman makes her way through the house: in the kitchen, she drinks from a bottle of milk, and licks a cracker (before returning it to its container). Upstairs, she puts on fancy earrings, makeup, and clothing. All the while undaunted by the possibility of detection. Schliessler leaves the sequence open for interpretation leaning into a vivid atmosphere built around a rendition of the pop song "Bang Bang," and lovely visuals. -KA. Director: Aisha Schliessler.
