As we observe the 86-year-old man’s spry interactions with his remote Montana surroundings, we listen as he reckons through abstract musings. From sipping his morning coffee to fly fishing in a mountain-backed river, the film features breathtaking landscapes and layered commentary from both filmmaker and subject. -JM.
